Last updated: 2026. This document is in effect in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015 (the Sole Regulatory Decree for the Trade, Industry and Tourism Sector), which compiles the personal data protection regulations originally set out in Decree 1377 of 2013.

TECNIAPLICACIONES A.S. S.A.S., tax ID (NIT) 901199081-1, domiciled at Calle 48A # 92-100, Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, is the controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

2. Personal data collected

Through this website's contact form, only the following data is collected: name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of the message sent. No other personal data is collected through this site.

3. Purpose of processing

The data provided is used exclusively to:

• Respond to the technical or business inquiry initiated by the data subject through the contact form.
• Establish direct communication related to the project or infrastructure described in the request.
• Keep an internal record of technical conversations initiated with prospective clients.

In accordance with Article 8 of Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, every data subject has the right to:

5. Procedure to exercise these rights

Data subjects may exercise the rights described above by writing to proyectos@tecniaplicaciones.com, clearly stating the request (inquiry, complaint, update, rectification or deletion). Inquiries will be resolved within a maximum of ten (10) business days from the date of receipt, extendable by five (5) additional business days when necessary. Complaints will be resolved within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, in accordance with the deadlines established by Law 1581 of 2012.

6. Data retention and security

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and thereafter in accordance with applicable legal requirements. TECNIAPLICACIONES adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

7. Use of cookies

This website currently does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. Should such tools be incorporated in the future, this policy will be updated to include the corresponding consent mechanism before implementation.

8. Data subject authorization

By completing and submitting the contact form, the data subject grants express and informed authorization for the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purposes described in this policy.

9. Validity and amendments
